Interprofessional Communities of Practice

9 + one uses the four step Performance Assessment & Community Enhancement emergent Learning (PACE eL) process to help interprofessional teams address clinical performance issues in real time.  PACE eL has been designed in consultation with experts in Communities of Practice and integrates two innovative learning methods (narrative and emergent learning) that have proven highly effective in improving performance. The process can be used in clinical and non clinical environments.
